Job Title: Science & Strategy Analyst/Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Science & Strategy Analyst/Associate to join our consulting team. This is an entry-level to mid-level, full-time role supporting client project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and gather scientific and business intelligence data for strategy projects
  • Research and draft therapeutic area reports
  • Manage preparation for facilitated client workshops
  • Develop reports capturing the output of facilitated client workshops and interviews
  • Research and summarize scientific literature
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of deliverables
Requirements:
  • Able to start working full-time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
  • A comprehensive understanding of the life sciences with the ability to utilize this knowledge across different therapeutic areas
  • A Master's or higher in Life Sciences is required
  • Able to analyze and communicate scientific information at a level of detail suitable for the audience
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a project team to execute deliverables within stated timelines
  • Proven writing/communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency setting would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Legally able to work in Canada, a valid passport, and ability to travel to Europe and USA
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of consultants working in support of our clients' success.
