Your Profile:
You possess remarkable attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. You are eager to be part of a supportive, engaging, and friendly team while also thriving in independent work settings. Proficiency in Excel data manipulation is second nature to you, and you are enthusiastic about learning more about the group benefits sector to provide competitive rates, informed support, and recommendations for prospective clients.
As a Quoting Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Creation: Utilize information from the Request to Quote (RTQ) to produce and deliver timely, precise, and competitive group insurance quotes.
- Evaluation: Analyze extensive data provided with each quote request to uncover valuable insights that address client needs.
- Relationship Building: Foster and develop connections with Advisors, colleagues, and our insurance carriers.
- Brand Representation: As one of the initial contacts for potential clients, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Benefits by Design.
- Contribution to Growth: One of our fundamental values at BBD is Growth. You will assist our sales team in delivering quotes, significantly impacting the expansion of our Core business.

This full-time position requires minimal physical exertion and involves working primarily in a seated position. The role is typically performed in an office environment or in a hybrid setting.
