About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting Westburne as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote Management: Prepare and submit quotes for new jobs, ensuring that all specifications are achievable and meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote Westburne's products and services, maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers, grow the knowledge base, and drive sales initiatives.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
