Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Solution Analyst with Jace Holdings Ltd., you will:

  • Implement Data Governance and enhance Data Quality.
  • Identify and categorize Data Assets in collaboration with our Business partners.
  • Facilitate workshops to onboard Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Technical Custodians.
  • Establish necessary data asset quality standards in conjunction with business teams.
  • Assist business teams in defining new processes or refining existing ones to maintain data integrity.
  • Support the cataloging of data assets across functional domains, ensuring accurate classifications.
  • Collaborate with Data Quality engineers to develop dashboards for monitoring data quality issues and improvement initiatives.
  • Define data quality rules and policies related to Domain data assets.
  • Utilize business functional knowledge to oversee governance activities of data assets.
  • Assist in investigating Data Quality root causes and remediation efforts.
  • Engage with Data Governance and Data Engineering for necessary tasks.
  • Identify business owners to carry out data correction activities and engage relevant business teams to update processes addressing data quality issues.
  • Coordinate with IT Product owners when data cleansing tasks require their input.
  • Communicate the approach, dependencies, risks, and progress of data tasks.
  • Support business data owners and stewards in Data Governance and quality tracking initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer professional.
  • Knowledge of effective data management practices, including governance, data quality, and data standards.
  • Understanding of retail data such as Article, Planogram, and customer data for accurate classifications.
  • Ability to collaborate with business teams to comprehend data impacts and establish data standards.
  • Capability to work across multiple functional areas simultaneously.
  • Skill in designing impactful quality metrics and tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data quality root causes in collaboration with business and technology teams.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both business and technical teams effectively.
