Food Production Team Leader

- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Oversee the activities of food preparation personnel.
- Provide training to team members on health and safety protocols.
- Assess and calculate ingredient requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in food service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of operations.
- Compile and prepare operational reports.
- Collaborate with the head chef on menu planning and execution.
- Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced atmosphere with high-pressure situations and strict deadlines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Proficiency: English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
