About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly sanitized.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods to meet our guests' needs.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure our kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Client focus, reliability, and team player skills.
  • Recognized employer with a permanent work term and 40 hours per week.
