Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that the kitchen and dining areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
