Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be standing for extended periods and performing a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
