About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and beverages to order, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, maintaining a positive and respectful team environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling integrity.

  • Experience: Will train.
