Clinical Psychology Faculty Position
We invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty roles in Clinical Psychology at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
We are seeking candidates with a robust background in research, teaching, and clinical training across various domains of clinical psychology. Ideal applicants will have experience in graduate education, clinical supervision, and research mentorship.
The Clinical Psychology Graduate Program is expanding significantly, which includes the addition of new faculty, an increase in student enrollment, and enhanced funding opportunities for trainees. This initiative also encompasses the recruitment of Staff Psychologists and the establishment of a Canada Research Chair focused on Digital Mental Health Interventions.
We are dedicated to hiring exceptional scientist-practitioners who will contribute meaningfully to our research and educational missions. Candidates should possess a completed or nearly completed doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution, a strong record of research accomplishments, and demonstrated effectiveness in teaching and clinical/research supervision. Completion of an accredited internship is also required.
Our program, which has been continuously accredited since 1990, offers comprehensive clinical training and is part of a vibrant department with 22 faculty members and over 75 graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in various psychology disciplines.
The College of Arts and Science provides a rich array of programs across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, with a strong emphasis on research and community engagement.
