About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HLS Therapeutics Inc. as a Specialty Sales Representative. This is a part-time (three days per week) position, reporting to the Associate Regional Sales Manager, Cardiovascular, covering the Province of Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territorial business plans based on brand strategy and available tools, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Promote cardiovascular products and services to key opinion leaders, targeted specialists, and healthcare professionals through strategic and impactful interactions.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance within the territory according to key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the business plan accordingly.
  • Effectively manage the complex dynamics of provincial reimbursement and patient support programs.
  • Demonstrate strong responsibility, a determination to succeed, an ability to innovate, and a mindset focused on continuous learning to not only meet but also exceed team objectives.
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in science or business
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a hospital or specialty representative
  • Cardiovascular experience desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) databases and dashboards
  • Valid driver's license
