About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at DMC Recruitment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with local contractors and builders, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of building materials and products, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a related field, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building materials and products, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
