Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Services Supervisor to oversee our office operations and enhance our administrative procedures.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Experience in a consulting firm setting
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative administrative processes to improve efficiency
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization
  • Provide training and support to staff members
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative protocols
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
