Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administration Supervisor to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our lease agreements and ensuring that all procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Lease Administration
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, client focus, and good judgement are essential qualities for this role.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
