About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Supervisor to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lease administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of 5-10 administrative staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and assist in the training of other workers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the lease administration team.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
