Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services.
  • Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes.
  • Develop service plans which outline a specific plan of action with each client under regular consultation.
  • Deliver solution-focused brief therapy and complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed.
  • Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week.
  • After-hours crisis calls support from the Client Services Centre.

Requirements

  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline.
  • Must hold valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body.
  • Minimum of 3 years counselling experience.
  • Experience in brief solution-focused counselling.
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French is a definite asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
