Job Summary
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services.
- Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes.
- Develop service plans which outline a specific plan of action with each client under regular consultation.
- Deliver solution-focused brief therapy and complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed.
- Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week.
- After-hours crisis calls support from the Client Services Centre.
Requirements
- Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline.
- Must hold valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body.
- Minimum of 3 years counselling experience.
- Experience in brief solution-focused counselling.
- Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French is a definite asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
