Job Title: Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families by joining our team as a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will deliver seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

Position Summary

As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be responsible for delivering EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services. You will receive case assignments and complete case progress notes, develop service plans, and deliver solution-focused brief therapy. You will also provide flexible evening client hours and support after-hours crisis calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services
  • Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes
  • Develop service plans and deliver solution-focused brief therapy
  • Provide flexible evening client hours and support after-hours crisis calls
Requirements
  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline
  • Valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body
  • Minimum of 3 years counselling experience
  • Experience in brief solution-focused counselling
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French is a definite asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
