Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Administrative Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating operations, and supporting the growth and development of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, emails, and mail in a professional manner
  • Billing appointments and managing patient records
  • Coordinating care team intake consultations and retention efforts
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and organization
  • Communicating with other medical offices, pharmacies, and health organizations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, practitioners, and staff
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant sales, operations, or professional office administration experience
  • Mature approach to customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with EMRs, particularly Jane App
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
