Mental Health Clinician

As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in counselling, with experience in brief solution-focused therapy and crisis management. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services
• Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes
• Develop service plans outlining specific action plans for each client under regular consultation
• Deliver solution-focused brief therapy and comprehensive psycho-social assessments as needed
• Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week
• After-hours crisis call support from the Client Services Centre
Requirements
• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline
• Valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body
• Minimum of 3 years counselling experience
• Experience in brief solution-focused counselling
• Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with French being a definite asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
