Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Fire Safety division. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- 2-year certificate from an accredited technical school or College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
- Experience in the Fire Sprinkler & Suppression industry, preferably with technical or operation experience
- Familiarity with building codes and standards
- Financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and service product lines effectively and independently
- Account development and strategic sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid G License in good standing
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM preferred
