Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dallas. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Your primary responsibility will be to present TRAFFIX' suite of services and expertise as an optimal solution for companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for companies shipping freight within North America
- Research and prepare for initial calls with potential clients
- Cold call and/or cold email prospects to initiate conversations
- Identify business opportunities within new and current customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor trends and changes in customer purchase behavior and follow up to determine the root cause
- Collaborate with TRAFFIX experts to set up discovery calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers
- Lead the team in generating pricing strategies that fit the client's budget while supporting the success of the branch
- Be accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
