**Position Title:** Lead Technology Consultant, Enterprise Solutions Developer
**Reports To:** Manager, Enterprise Content Management
**Term:** Permanent Full-Time
**The Opportunity:** We are in search of a driven Lead Technology Consultant to become a vital part of our Enterprise Content Management team. In this capacity, the successful applicant will be tasked with the analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and modernization of Equitable's capture, imaging, and workflow applications. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about the role of technology in enhancing business processes. Someone who recognizes how continuous improvement and automation can contribute to business success now and in the future. Proficiency in Workflow, Content Management, and Document Management is essential for this position. **What you will be doing:**
- Spearhead the design, development, and upkeep of medium to large-scale workflow and automation projects to support key business goals.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain intricate technical configurations and coding of tailored solution components within the ECM framework, including integrations with various major systems within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with business partners, senior ECM team members, and other IT groups to effectively design and implement high-quality integrated solutions.
- Address complex technical challenges, providing various solution options along with impact analysis.
- Investigate new technologies and work with the ECM Architect to recommend improvements for the business.
- Participate in a dynamic team that delivers technical support and monitors the performance and availability of Enterprise Content Management systems.
**What you will bring:**
- Strong technical design capabilities and the ability to deliver complex solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as a technical lead on larger integrated implementations, with the ability to drive initiatives and execute with urgency and ownership.
- Capability to analyze and document existing complex custom processes and suggest options for streamlining existing code and configurations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of C# on both .NET Core and .NET Framework, along with experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Extensive hands-on experience with software systems design and development for both on-premise and cloud-based solutions, including excellent knowledge of code management and build practices (e.g., DevOps).
- Solid operational support skills, including troubleshooting system health and effectively communicating with business and IT partners to define and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Workflow, case and queue management, or automation solutions (e.g., Hyland's OnBase and WorkView solutions, Kofax Capture solutions) would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and in a friendly manner to non-technical audiences.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, adept at working collaboratively and engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient understanding of networks, active directory, security practices, and server infrastructure.
- A university degree and/or a combination of equivalent technical education and professional experience.
