Technology Expert, Enterprise Solutions Architect

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Expert to join our team as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Accoravillage. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve business application management processes, focusing on Health Centre Setup.
- Train and support staff on PeopleCode and PeopleSoft front-end processes and business processes.
- Provide training and support on Business Intelligence Publisher and on-premises Windows and SQL domain roadmap.
- Support integration testing with other Lines of Business and SaaS solutions, such as mortgage systems.
- Assist with system migrations to Azure where applicable.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft server and database administration.
- 5 years of experience working within Oracle's customer support representatives.
- Strong understanding of the overall system development methodology.
- Strong understanding of the area's business, supporting systems, architecture, procedures, and functions.
- Developing understanding of Accoravillage's business, interfacing, and supporting systems, architecture, procedures, and functions.
- Proficient in most of the following:
- Web and client-server architectures.
- MS Office Tools, including Microsoft Access.
- Work experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding and/or exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as GIT and DevOps.
- Effectively utilize multimedia technology for engaging virtual teams.
- Proficient in problem resolution and analysis.
- Strong ability to lead, plan, and organize major testing deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to maintain a balance of confidence and approachability.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and flexible under tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment.
- Strong leadership skills; actively serves as a coach, mentor, and confidant.
- Ability to think outside the box, taking into consideration the bigger picture.
- Strong understanding and proven experience in the software testing lifecycle.
