Lead Enterprise Platforms Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Platforms Developer to join our team at Equitable. As a key member of our Enterprise Platforms IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technologies that support business priorities and capabilities for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
- Technology Development: Design, develop, and unit test code, delivering on objectives established by business partners.
- Infrastructure as Code: Apply DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud security best practices, and well-architected frameworks to ensure efficient and secure technology solutions.
- Coding Expertise: Possess strong experience and understanding in React,.NET, C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, test, launch, and refine solutions that optimize the organization's service experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT, with 3+ years in a Senior Technology role with multi-domain experience.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in computer science, computer systems engineering, or software engineering.
- Skills: Hands-on working knowledge of Kentico CMS, React,.NET, C#, PWAs, APIs, Azure DevOps/Cloud, SQL, Design Library Systems, and experience with scrum delivery, testing automation, and automating pipelines.
