This role requires a commitment to work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.

As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural framework that drives business efficiency and value across various teams. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing robust solutions that leverage advanced capture, imaging, and process automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Architect and implement a scalable and resilient integration framework utilizing industry-standard middleware and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with IT platform teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration across diverse systems.
  • Support development teams in building, testing, and deploying integrations while adhering to enterprise standards.
  • Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with architectural best practices and governance processes.
  • Evaluate technology products and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps in partnership with business and IT leaders.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of repeatable technical solutions and processes.
  • Analyze current architectural frameworks to identify risks and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to assess their impact on enterprise architecture.
  • Engage with application development teams to align projects with enterprise architecture and identify necessary modifications.
  • Participate in governance and review committees to influence architectural decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing solutions for document capture, imaging, and business process automation.
  • Background in Health Insurance or Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficient in tools such as Teams, GitHub, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps Services.
  • Expertise in queuing systems like Kafka and Azure Service Bus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience managing both onsite and offshore teams for timely project delivery.
