Lead Technology Consultant, Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Position Title: Lead Technology Consultant, Enterprise Solutions Specialist Reports To: Senior Technology Manager, Enterprise Solutions
Department: IT Corporate Services Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to work in our office a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, along with an additional assigned day each month. You are encouraged to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and some roles may necessitate more frequent office presence.
The Opportunity: Accoravillage is expanding. We are in search of a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the role of Lead Technology Consultant, focusing on Quality Assurance, who is eager to leverage their expertise in both manual and automated testing. This role will involve collaboration across agile teams to ensure our applications adhere to functional, performance, and coding standards. The position necessitates the application of industry best practices for software quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and oversee PeopleSoft BAU processes for Health Centre Setup.
- Provide training on PeopleCode and offer ongoing support.
- Educate on PeopleSoft front-end processes and business workflows while providing assistance.
- Facilitate training on BI Publisher and deliver support.
- Assist with on-premises Windows and SQL domain roadmap.
- Support integration testing with other lines of business.
- Aid in the implementation of SaaS solutions, such as mortgage systems.
- Contribute to system migrations to Azure where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft server and database administration.
- At least 5 years of experience collaborating with Oracle's customer support representatives.
- Strong comprehension of the overall system development methodology.
- In-depth understanding of the business area, supporting systems, architecture, procedures, and functions.
- Developing knowledge of Accoravillage's business, interfacing, and supporting systems, architecture, procedures, and functions.
- Proficient in various technologies, including:
- Web and client/server architectures.
- MS Office Tools, including Microsoft Access.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with CI/DevOps practices (GIT, DevOps).
- Effective use of multimedia technology for engaging virtual teams.
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, and organize significant testing deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Ability to balance confidence with approachability.
- Capacity to multitask and remain composed under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership qualities; acts as a coach, mentor, and confidant.
- Creative thinking with a focus on the broader perspective.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in the software testing lifecycle.
