Your Role as a Program Management Leader:

As a pivotal member of the Program Management team, you will oversee a range of In-Service Support initiatives tailored to meet the needs of defense fleets. You will report directly to the Director of Program and will be responsible for delivering all products and services associated with the designated contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all aspects of the program;
  • Collaborate closely with clients and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure project alignment;
  • Utilize proven project planning and control methodologies to manage contracts and customer relationships;
  • Identify resource gaps and propose effective solutions;
  • Lead the assigned program team to achieve project objectives;
  • Ensure project performance meets cost, quality, and schedule expectations;
  • Explore new business opportunities and negotiate agreements with clients;
  • Ensure program profitability while balancing organizational priorities;
  • Guide and develop team members, fostering a culture of corporate values;
  • Facilitate meetings to assess project progress, manage risks, and resolve conflicts;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within a matrix organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in project/program management, with at least 5 years in large-scale military programs;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • PMP certification and/or a Master's degree in Project Management;
  • Experience in personnel management;
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and French;
  • In-depth knowledge of program management best practices;
  • Ability to think strategically and maintain a big-picture perspective;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on change management;
  • Excellent team-building and communication skills;
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must qualify for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain government security clearance;
  • Must meet requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
