L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for delivering an In-Service Support Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and positive influence to the Program Management team.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders to identify projects' scope, timelines, and resources.
- Determine and propose solutions to deliver products and services as agreed under the Contract.
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Program.
- Participate in the negotiation of Contract and Contract changes.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, performance Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications.
- Supervise the Program team assigned to the CC-150 & CC-330 Programs.
- Ensure the profitability of the Program in view of L3Harris values and other conflicting priorities.
- Direct management personnel and specialized professionals.
- Chair and facilitate various meetings and work sessions to review the progress of work, manage risks, solve problems, and manage potential conflicts.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ years are in a large-scale military program.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- PMP certified and/or holds a Master Degree in Project Management.
- Personnel management experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
- Deep knowledge of Program management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and change management skills.
- Team building and communication skills.
- Consensus building, issue resolution, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence.
- Dedication, commitment, and judgment.
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
