**Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Manage and monitor activity;
- Manage resources (allocation, training plan...);
- Deal with other customer teams and Tier 1 suppliers;
- Develop a continuous improvement approach at all levels of the organization;

**Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of management experience in aeronautics or another leading-edge sector,
- You have the ability to work as part of a team, to influence, mobilize and guide the various stakeholders,
- You strive for quality and rigor in the execution of your work,
- You have at least a vocational diploma in aeronautical construction/structural assembly or equivalent,
