Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Program Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the growth of our commercial programs, focusing on non-military customers, including manufacturing, build to print, and commercial aircraft in-service support programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of projects from inception to completion, driving execution to achieve key business and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes, coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance statements of work, and specifications.
  • Act as a key customer contact for projects' activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Lead the integrated project team, applying the five main processes of project management: initiate, plan, execute, manage risks and changes, and close.
  • Effectively manage customer communications regarding project status, scope changes, costs, and schedule.
  • Represent L3Harris Technologies during integrated team reviews with customers.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
  • Hold Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) required or hold a Master's degree in Project Management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with experience in the aerospace commercial industry required.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively balance priorities.
  • Ability to communicate project-related and technical details clearly and concisely, both orally and in written form.
  • Ability to deal directly with internal and external customers.
  • Autonomous, exercise good judgment, reliable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
