Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Amir P. Ansar. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage appointments, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining medical records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to patients and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked front desk.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
