About the Role

The National Director of Retail Accounts is a key leadership position responsible for driving the success of our retail accounts strategy. As a member of the leadership team, you will be accountable for helping to drive our leadership, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee components of our retail account strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Effective management and coordination of the marketing allowance program, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Key resource for Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) on retail account issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Be responsive to field readiness, as it applies to retail accounts, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Account Management
  • Dedicated account leadership for a selected number of firms, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to help the Insurance Sales team drive forward key initiatives with our retail accounts, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven budget and business planning experience, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent influencing, training, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
