The Store Manager is a key leadership role within EssilorLuxottica, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our optical retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of sales associates and opticians to provide top-notch service and sales to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of sales associates and opticians to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service and experience through effective training and coaching of team members
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Recruit, select, and develop high-performing team members to drive business results
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to drive business initiatives and share best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
- 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or optical industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field
- State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
- LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
- LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program
- Previous experience in customer service and retail, with knowledge of current store merchandise
