Role Overview
As an Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Store General Manager and other leaders to ensure the smooth operation of all store functions. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering an environment where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. **Consumer Experience**: You will play a crucial role in defining what exceptional service looks like in our store, ensuring that the Nike experience—both in-store and online—is brought to life for our customers.
2. **Team Development**: You will be instrumental in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding new team members, ensuring that your store is staffed with talented individuals. Additionally, you will provide your team with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles, while promoting a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
3. **Product Management**: You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inventory management to visual merchandising, ensuring that customers have access to the right products at the right time.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of four years of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong digital literacy and a willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English communication
