Store/Retail/Counter Manager We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our team as a Store/Retail/Counter Manager. As the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement • Create and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth • Lead a team to achieve sales and customer service targets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results Requirements: • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets • Experience of creating and executing in-store events • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software • Proficient in Microsoft office About the Company: We are a leader in the prestige beauty industry, committed to providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
