About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at ZerotoOne Strategic. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and customer loyalty.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to enhance overall performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using HubSpot. Provide regular reports on sales performance to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
  • Experience as a Founder or in a Sales role at an early stage start up.
  • Strong network in the following industries: Deep tech, AI, Mining, Sustainability, Clean Technology, Energy, Health Tech, Software, Hardware, EV, Agri-tech, Manufacturing, Biotech, Natural Resources.
