Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives, achieving targets while engaging with brokers, sales agents, and buyers.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, VIPs, and other real estate professionals, particularly in pre-construction condominium sales.
  • Contribute to sales strategies encompassing product development, marketing efforts, public relations, events, and project activations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance sales and CRM tools, processes, and infrastructure to boost efficiency and support growth.
  • Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to refine sales materials and present sales recommendations.
  • Advise on product development phases, including floor plans and amenity spaces, based on market feedback, while conducting market research and tracking trends.
  • Manage incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as Purchase and Sale Agreements and Amendments.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner communications in the CRM and ensure all purchaser files are organized.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a real estate sales role, with a strong emphasis on pre-construction sales.
  • Highly organized, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven closing skills are essential.
  • A passionate drive for success, demonstrating integrity in all actions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong work ethic, with the capacity to work extended hours during project launches.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
