About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Member Services Manager to join our team at the Manitoba Motor Dealers Association (MMDA). As a key point of contact with members and stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in advancing the strategic direction of the MMDA and providing quality membership support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management: Provide prompt and effective support to members, sponsors, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Industry Recruitment and Training: Oversee and plan industry recruitment initiatives, maintain and grow dealer training programs, and collaborate with the central services team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes, aligning with company financial goals, and collaborate with MMDA Finance to develop annual plans and meet financial objectives.
  • Expansion and Partnerships: Identify and develop opportunities to expand sponsorship and partnerships in line with annual KPIs, and work closely with the administrative team to enhance existing business processes and develop innovative approaches.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist with various aspects of the strategic marketing and communications plan, and collaborate with other team members to advance association programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three years+ office experience, with experience in the automotive industry and not-for-profit sector being an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a respectful team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Immediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior experience using a CRM in a sales or administrative capacity.

  • Competitive Salary: $54,000 to $68,000 per year, plus a bonus structure of up to an additional $18,000 annually.
