About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our customers, selling new memberships, renewing and upgrading existing memberships, and updating customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Sell new memberships, renew and upgrade existing memberships, and update customer accounts.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries regarding membership, helping them choose the best type of membership for themselves and their families.
  • Product Knowledge: Respond to customer enquiries regarding travel, insurance, and member benefits, providing prospective members with information on all services offered by Echelon 56.
  • Lead Management: Receive and distribute sales leads and enquiries as required, putting information into the customer database as required.
  • Product Awareness: Maintain a detailed understanding of all lines of business within Echelon 56, ensuring awareness of the incentives and promotions being offered.
  • Professionalism: Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray Echelon 56 in a positive manner.
  • Customer Privacy: Ensure the customers' privacy and consumer interests are protected.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer Service: Ability to work with the public in a confident and professional manner.
  • Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience an asset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in insurance or travel considered an asset.
