Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Canada Top Education Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Offer advice and training to users to resolve identified difficulties and improve their technical skills.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Assist users with setting up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
