Post Office Specialist Job Description

London Drugs is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Post Office Specialist to join our team. As a Post Office Specialist, you will provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service in all departments of London Drugs, with a specific focus on the Post Office department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. You will also be responsible for performing inventory counts, merchandising, and maintaining the professional sales image of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales assistance and customer service in all departments of London Drugs
  • Assist customers with mailing letters and parcels, PO boxes, and Venture One and other CPC transactions
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandising, and maintain the professional sales image of the department
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday
