About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at IMP Aerostructures. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and meeting customer scorecard requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administer customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage 'on-loads' and 'off-loads' of products, including development of build plans and project plans.
  • Monitor and address production issues that require customer coordination, maintaining action log reports and communicating with customers.
  • Perform contract reviews, request purchase order changes, and provide customer status reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts on contract in our ERP system, including prices and quoted lead times.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and 8S activities to drive process excellence.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Kanban, and Supply Chain principles.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including JD Edwards, Microsoft Project, Access, Excel, and email.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Completion of Global Harmonized System (WHMIS) course.
  • Eligibility to meet Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian Security Clearances requirements.
