Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At IMP Aerostructures, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer contracts, including implementation, updates, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Kanban, and Supply Chain principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with JD Edwards, Microsoft Project, Access, Excel, and email.
