Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hoppla Restaurants Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant, urban area.
