Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Empower and lead your team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales goals, inventory, cash, and other financial aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience in a comparable environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and other technology to manage business operations.
  • Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills to manage sales goals, inventory, and other financial aspects of the business.
  • Scheduling Experience: Previous experience with scheduling and managing staff.
