Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Empower and lead your team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Guest Experience: Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Business Development: Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business by developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage sales goals, inventory, cash, and other aspects of the business to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write English well.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and other technology to manage sales, inventory, and other aspects of the business.
  • Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills to manage sales goals, inventory, cash, and other aspects of the business.
  • Scheduling Experience: Previous scheduling experience is an asset.
