We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President to join our team at SG Tailgates Inc. in the Goods Production, Utilities, Transportation, and Construction department.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented performance.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of complexity and pressure.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
