Saputo Inc. is seeking a Learning Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions that support the growth and development of our employees across various departments and locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning objectives.
  • Design and develop a variety of learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training programs, and job aids, using industry-standard authoring tools.
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of learning solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and learner needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current on best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for learning and development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing engaging learning solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Advanced understanding of SharePoint functionality and potential for supporting learning architecture, deliverables development, and sharing.
  • Advanced proficiency in courseware authoring and learning solution tools, e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond.

As part of their duties, the incumbent will communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec and the rest of Canada, North and South America, the UK, and Australia.

Assets:
  • Proficiency in business process writing software
  • Dairy, manufacturing, distribution, or CPG industry experience
  • Knowledge of LMS / TMS software
  • French language skills
  • Certification as a training development professional (e.g., CTDP)
