PMA Sales Representative

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a PMA Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and obtaining new sales opportunities for our Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) service and inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities in the fire alarm and security systems industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Proven sales experience in the fire alarm and security systems industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and sales calls.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
