Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Prospect new customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the industrial pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) industry
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
